A while back I asked around for a certified HVAC contractor because of an issue with my rental property. Brand new thermostat would not connect to the system, and it happened at the worst time.
Looking back on it that you want someone who shows up fast and actually knows what they are doing.
My realtor suggested a great nationwide HVAC directory that works around the clock nationwide. Booking was reasonably priced and the furnace was fixed on the spot!
What I really liked was they were genuinely friendly and not pushy at all!
